Wells-Barnett High School and Jefferson High School, where she guides complex educational projects with both empathy and clarity.

Erica Spiritos is the founding Director of MassTAc, the Washington State Mass Timber Accelerator, where she works to grow regional mass timber ecosystems that connect design, manufacturing, and forestry. She began her career as a sales representative for Structurlam and went on to establish Swinerton's mass timber practice, giving her a rare view across the full supply chain. Her work focuses on designing the built environment in ways that honor the natural resources communities depend on.
